Bosch GSA18V-083B 18 V Compact Reciprocating Saw
Just got this, so I have not had a chance to use it, other than a premliminary test of the trigger, which is excellent.
If you need a compact, reciprocating saw, know that this saw is compact compared to a regular recip saw but no where near Bosch’s 12V model. To give you an idea of the size of this saw, look at the photo below of the saw placed diagonally on a piece of 2×12.

Black & Decker LST136 13-Inch 36-Volt Lithium Ion Cordless High Performance String Trimmer

The LST136 came ready to go, minus the guard and the handle. They took about two minutes to install. The battery came charged about 50%. It took about 20 minutes in the included charger to fully charge.
When I held the LST136 trimmer for the first time, it felt as if it were levitating, much like in the photo above. So, just to make sure that I wasn’t imagining any thing, I took a piece of twine and tied it to a pole. Guess what? The LST136 balances itself. I have had many corded trimmers and gas trimmers, and none of them were perfectly balanced like the Black & Decker LST136. The corded ones flopped to the front. The gas ones flopped to the back.
After the trigger is pulled, it takes a second or two to reach the max speed. It’s very zippy. It did a nice job of trimming very tall grass and went through moderate growth like it wasn’t even there.
