Axial-Glide System

The best way to compare what the Axial-Glide feels like in comparison to a saw with rails is akin to comparing the ride of a Cadillac vs. a skateboard. They’ll both get you down the street, but one is considerably smoother than the other. The Axial-Glide system is smooth and precise.Motor

The belt driven saw is both smooth and powerful. Instead of making multiple passes in thick stock, the CM10GD was able to cut with a single pass in 4x material, and after a cut is made, the electric brake brings the saw to a stop.

Every moving part of the base is robust and smooth.

All of the main controls are literally at your fingertips.

Our Recommendation

If you’re in the market for a shop saw, limited in space (Axial-Glide saves about a foot of space over rail saws), or a field saw that you’ll use over an extended period of time, this saw has no equal.
